I found this book at the newsstand of the train station, just before one of my weekend travel to home. I have saw the cover, loved it, bought it and never regret. It is like a DIY book must be: simple, complete, easy to read and full of photos and ideas.
One flaw, if you want: it is all about puppets. Nice, original, really great once done, but always puppets. I’ve found some on Etsy that seem to be made on these shapes 🙂

Every single piece, there are 50 in the book, has a name and a simple model. There are also photos of the finalized animals so you can see how they look and change something in case you want to personalized them.
One Christmas I’ve made presents for my collegues starting from these models but using seeds instead of pudding so they make an anti-stress work.

Acquistato d’impulso all’edicola della stazione mi ha dato da subito grandi soddisfazioni!!
E’ come i libri creativi dovrebbero essere: semplice, completo e con tante foto.
Difetto, se proprio vogliamo, e’ monotematico. Pupazzetti di stoffa. Belli, originali, ne ho visti in vendita su Etsy di molto simili, ma pur sempre pupazzetti di stoffa 🙂

Ogni personaggio, il libro ne presenta 50, e’ corredato da nome e modello. La realizzazione e’ molto semplice ma il risultato e’ veramente gradevole.
Un Natale ho fatto i regali per i colleghi prendendo spunto da qui. Al posto dell’imbottitura ho scelto dei semi dall’effetto anti stress. Alcuni rallegrano ancora le scrivanie e ci hanno seguiti in vari ed eventuali traslochi. Vederli li esposti, non lo nego, e’ una soddisfazione.

Non sono riuscita a trovare il libro in italiano online ma lo shop di MarieClaire ne ha in vendita una versione in francese ne potete anche sfogliare un’estratto e alla fine conoscere il francese non è così necessario 🙂
