Last September I went back to the Bienno craft fair. It was a few years since I was gone and, as always, there was a wonderful group of craftsmen. If you love crafts (the beautiful one, the one worthy of the name) and you have never been there, take the time to take a tour, you will not be disappointed! Furthermore Bienno is an adorable village.

The fact is that, I fell in love with so many artisans (leather, clay, glass, fabric…), on of these was FildiFerro which creates wonderful wire works. I think the chandeliers are the best .. Spectacular.. But a little too much for me so I bought this lovelly wall flower.

So, once at home we started to think we would like to try to create something using the same technique. After all, it is a process we know, we only use it on other materials and in other dimensions 😅

This is how the garden hearts for the tit food and the flowers for the shop window were born. It was fun! Now that we have tasted who knows … I would like a beautiful sculpture for the garden

Lo scorso Settembre sono tornata alla fiera dell’artigianato di Bienno. Era qualche anno che non andavo più e come sempre c’era un insieme di artigiani meraviglioso. Se amate l’artigianato (quello bello, quello degno di questo nome) e non ci siete mai stati, trovate il tempo per farci un giro, non rimarrete delusi! Inoltre Bienno è un paesino adorabile 💚

Fatto sta, che tra i vari artigiani di cui mi sono innamorata, c’era anche FildiFerro che realizza opere (neanche a dirlo) in fil di ferro.. meravigliose!! Credo che il massimo siano i lampadari.. Spettacolari.. Io mi sono accontentati, se così vogliamo dire, di un grande fiore da parete. Stupendo!

Tornati a casa e trovato il posto per il fiore, ci è venuta voglia di provare a creare qualcosa usando la stessa tecnica. In fondo è una lavorazione che conosciamo, solo la utilizziamo su altri materiali e in altre dimensioni 😅

Ecco come sono nati i cuori da giardino per la pappa delle cince e i fiori per la vetrina. È stato divertente! Adesso che ci abbiamo preso gusto chissà… Io vorrei una bella scultura per il giardino 😂😂
