I remember our “Mille Miglia” museum Sunday in Brescia as one of the first post-covid outings with “a lot” of people. In reality it was a limited number event organized by the “Leonessa” club.

But, I will not talk about the event (which with a few more precautions could have been extremely interesting) but about the place where it was held… The monastic complex of “Santa Eufemia della Fonte“, a beautiful place full of history, completely renovated, just out of Brescia.

We really liked the museum, it’s quick to visit but well structured, with the cars arranged in settings, all linked to the sporting event. Furthermore, inside the courtyard there is a very nice bar-restaurant run by kind and friendly staff.

In short, if you are near Brescia, this is a place where you should spend a very pleasant afternoon!

La domenica al museo ” Mille Miglia” di Brescia la ricordo come una delle prime uscite post covid con “tanta” gente. In realtà si trattava di un evento a numero chiuso organizzato dal club “Leonesse”.

Ma qui non parleremo dell’evento (che con qualche accorgimento in più sarebbe potuto essere estremamente interessante) ma del luogo dove si teneva… Il complesso monastico di Santa Eufemia della fonte un posto bellissimo, carico di storia, ristrutturato, nella periferia di Brescia.

Il museo poi a noi è piaciuto molto, è veloce da visitare ma ben strutturato, con le auto disposte all’interno di ambientazioni più o meno complesse, tutte legate all’evento sportivo. Inoltre all’interno del cortile c’è un bar ristorante molto carino gestito da personale gentile e simpatico.

Insomma, il postondove passare un pomeriggio piacevolissimo!
